Project details
The starting point
The property relied on a sealed 4,000-litre cesspit that required emptying approximately every six weeks, with limited space available for a replacement.
The solution
A BIOROCK Monoblock 3-1000 was installed within the position of the old cesspit because of the limited space.
The work
The cesspit was emptied, the concrete above it was opened, and the old tank was backfilled with clean aggregate before a new concrete pad was laid.
The result
The new tank was installed, surrounded with clean 20mm shingle and finished with topsoil to the required levels.
